I seem to have become the unofficial family cake maker. I made my little sister's cake a while ago, I'm going to be making my older sister's twenty-first birthday cake, and today I've been making my Mum's cake.

Which is, thankfully, rather less demanding than this, which I am apparently to make for my older sister as well.
It was a good cake.
My Mum just asked for Victoria Sponge

In other news, I hate buying loose chocolates from chocolate shops... like, the ones you have to ask for. *shudder* I ended up with less than I wanted because I was too nervous about it to go on.

And now I need to go check my cake isn't burning.
